BLUEJACKETS IN THE WATER Mishap to the Dreadnought's Boat in the Clyde On Monday night five sailors from the'' Dreadnought'' lying in the Firth of Clyde were embarking in a small boat at Girvan, when one of them slipped and upset the boat, precipitating his messmates and boat men into the water. Mr. Andrew McCreadie, harbourmaster plunged into the sea and rescued one of the men in danger of drowning but the others, being good swimmers, managed to swim ashore. , Mr. McCreadie also saved the Government mails which fell out of the boat.
